Interiors

We deliver solutions for Cockpits, Dashboards, Consoles (front and second rows), Door Trims, Pillar Trims, Rear Trunks, Parcel Shelves, Scuff Plates, and more.
Dashboards are designed with versatile features such as infotainment, digital clusters, HUD, ambient lighting, sleek air vents with illuminated bezels, and touch panels integrated with HVAC systems. We provide modular architecture solutions that ensure cost efficiency, reduce the need for new components, and lower tooling costs.
Consoles and Armrests come equipped with features like wireless charging, second-row cooling units, advanced storage, food tray packaging with sliding mechanisms, split openings for maximizing space, and buttonless touch functions.

Exteriors

Engaging G Square Techsystems early in the design process ensures optimal, engineering-feasible solutions, reducing design iterations and effort. We engineer with the aim of reducing weight, costs, and parts through modular design, frugal engineering, benchmarking, and ensuring a robust design and functionality.

Bumper Systems

We offer concept-to-production solutions for EV bumper systems, including frunk storage. Our expertise includes bumper systems with FEM integration, considering regulatory requirements, packaging, and aesthetics for both EV and ICE variants. We incorporate advanced features like RADAR, LIDAR, RPS, FPS, and kick sensors for tailgate lifts to achieve ADAS levels. We also engineer exterior trims—such as claddings, spoilers, door finishers, roof handles, engine covers, beauty panels, under-bonnet finishers, and undertrays—to enhance perceived vehicle quality with robust engineering. Additionally, we develop lightweight carbon fiber solutions for aesthetic panels
