    Seat control system

Seat Control system development (using ECU and motors) and testing:

Seat Movement: Seat Motors are helping to set the position of seat. There are 4-5 motors are used to adjust height, track, Recliner, leg support and also headrest position.

Seat Comfort: Dynamic bolsters, lumbar support, massage, heating, cooling and/or ventilation, “air-scarf”, entry aid, and individualized adjustment memory

Seat Safety Functions: Seatbelt pretensioner, which are part of the vehicle safety system

Seat passenger detection: Several sensors are the built-in seat and feedback to the system for more safety and reliability

HVAC System and climate control in EV

In an automated climate control system, the data from temperature and humidity sensors in the vehicle cabin is continuously compared by an MCU to the setting defined by the occupants, and the heating/cooling is adjusted appropriately.

Modern HVAC systems feature multiple sensors, actuators, power management, comms and control elements
  • check-mark (4) 16
HVAC compressor designs need to be simple and compact (using a single converter and transformer to generate both voltages), and offer good performance.
  • check-mark (4) 16
Discrete insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) with gate driver integrated circuits (ICs) simplify designs by allowing for minimized printed circuit board trace length and component count.
  • check-mark (4) 16
Real-time microcontrollers (MCUs) that can handle complex algorithms enable sensor less (velocity and torque) motor-control applications and improve the cost to design

Door Control system with ECU/DCU

To efficiently control the increasing number of components and functions installed in the door zone such as switches and sensors, actuators and interior lighting components, many vehicle manufacturers are implementing dedicated Door Control Units (DCUs).

Door electronics are an essential part of automotive cabin functionality. A modern vehicle door contains actuators, sensors, illumination, and switch loads that require control, diagnosis, and protection, these functions are achieved in a door control module.

Premium functionality of a door control module (DCM) includes:
